Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management, he/she handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process of local catering events and groups involving more than 10 rooms. He/she executes and supports all catering sales-related activities as well as maximizing revenue opportunities in his/her specific area of responsibility, thereby contributing to the overall catering revenue.
- Diploma/degree in Hotel Management
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or any European language preferred
- Two years experience as Events / Banquet Sales Manager in 5* hotel
- Customer and revenue driven with excellent computer skills
- Has high attention to details
