This role is responsible for representing the School’s event portfolio to Executive Education as a whole, ensuring effective use of events in support of building client relationships, giving potential participants a taste of potential programmes and to build other key relationships. As such, they will represent Executive Education on the School’s events committee, and vice versa. This role will also be responsible for ensuring effective and strategic deployment of Executive Education staff on key events.
This role will provide practical support to the team of Client Directors for new and existing clients who intend to run Customised Programmes. The post-holder will play a significant support role in ensuring we maintain strong, long-term and profitable relationships with strategically important clients by ensuring they have the collateral and/or information related to events/marketing they need.
In addition this role will be responsible for ensuring Executive Education specific events are run to the highest standards, both running these directly and/or ensuring the right support is provided to event planning and operations, managing and tracking feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
You will have solid events management experience including event design, management, marketing and execution. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be a confident presenter. You will be excellent at influencing, analytical and numerical skills.
A self-starter is required and you will be organised, determined, and flexible with good attention to detail. You will have the ability to demonstrate tenacity, be highly organised and have great project management skills along with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organisational and planning skills are required and a thorough understanding of business education is advantageous.
