Job Description

Our client a reputable media organization in Dolphin Estate. Ikoyi urgently need Drivers to be attached to their managers staying in Magodo area presently

 

Job Summary:

Successful drivers will be assigned to different managers in Magodo but they will be working in Dolphin Estate where the organization is located. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive and project affiliated personnel to project sites within and outside of the province for project activities, including official site visits.

2. Maintain up-to-date record keeping systems for vehicle issues, including fuel, mileage, and trip logs.

3. Observe all company vehicle utilization policies, in country traffic laws.

4. Responsible for maintenance of official vehicle, keeping accurate records, and following a schedule of routine maintenance, cleaning, etc.

5. Ensure the readiness of the vehicle for transport service by checking oil, water, fuel and other parts of the vehicle prior to driving.

6. Perform project routine business around the province, such as receiving and delivering official documentation to and from the office.

7. Purchase of basic cleaning and kitchen supplies (coffee, cleaners, etc.) and assist in the purchase of other project authorized items.

8. Work with the Administration Manager to arrange for repairs, maintenance, and improvements of the assigned vehicles as necessary.

9. Regularly check post office boxes, collect and dispatch letters, parcels and other correspondence.

Skills Prerequisites:

1. Completion of OND/ Secondary School is highly desirable.

2. Valid Driver’s License and LASDRI ID

3. At least 5 years prior experience in driving in Lagos State.

4. Thorough knowledge of local traffic laws and area traffic patterns.

5. Excellent driving record and experience in traveling through Lagos state and other key cities;

6. Previous work experience a corporate environment is highly desirable.

7. Good command of English language skills is a plus.

8. Good interpersonal and communication skills

9. Knowledge of road routes Lagos state

10. Applicants must all reside in any of the listed areas

 

Salary:

50,000.00/month
