Job Description

 • Independently, correct and timely process all administrative supportive tasks for the management board such as, registration and filing of in- and outgoing correspondence, meeting minutes and agenda management. 

• Assist in preparing management presentations, meetings with personnel and external visitors and receive external visitors of the management board
• Prepare and work out correspondence for based members of the management board as requested
• Coordinate and monitor the company’s business travel and monitor the performance of the travel agents on behalf of the General Manager.
• Coordinate and monitor the company’s reception staffing and their performance on behalf of the General Manager.
