Job Description

The CVP is responsible for coordinating all Boeing business interests across the UK. His role covers a range high profile activities and meetings which will require an excellent level of support and attention to detail in this challenging and high profile role.

Working in a one-to-one relationship with the CVP as well as a member of the Executive support team based in the London Westminster office, this role will provide executive administrative support to the CVP. The role will require coordination of the CVPs calendar and meetings with other senior business leaders and Vice Presidents based in the UK and the London office requiring extensive team work with other members of the administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the office and the provision of high quality seamless executive support. Tasks will include;

Control the calendar and access to the UK Country Vice-President.
Coordinate diary and meeting arrangements and respond to requests for data and information on a wide range of topics from UK, International and UK internal and external contacts.
Compile information on meetings topics and participants.
Schedule telephone conference meetings, prepare and distribute agendas for participants.
Inbox management and email screening.
Manage telephone calls for the CVP and direct enquiries as appropriate.
Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangements.
Monitor designated business traveler's logistics.
Provide coordination in support of visiting executives and stakeholders, including transportation needs, accommodation and appointment scheduling.
Generate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate approvals.
Collect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review.
Track travel expenditure against approved budget plan.
Coordinates and processes in country organization memberships and sponsorship payments.
Create, edit and maintain electronic and written communication.
Track and maintain information relative to department and business operations.
Prioritize and schedule management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of time.
Track and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources.
Plan and implement logistics for senior executive level internal and external events.
Provides guidance to less experienced employees. Work as a collaborative team member in the London Westminster office.
Provide meeting management and minute taking support to key UK Committee meetings chaired by CVP, including London Management Committee.





Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualified to A Level or equivalent essential, Degree qualification preferred

Highly developed Executive Assistant support skills

Preferably experienced in working in a multicultural environment

Demonstrated experience of providing Executive level support to a senior high profile Executive with a busy and demanding schedule

Experience of working within a US based or aerospace company would be advantageous.

Flexible approach; willing to work additional hours if required.

Willing to travel as required
