Job Description

Executive trainee in financial field could be either trained by formal education or hands on the job trained. Candidate should also have an analytical mind as ideas would be required to take some management decisions.


   * Ensure robust accounting system and internal controls for Financial Operations.
    * Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
    Manage payouts related to commission, customer refunds and benefit payment and claims.
    * Ensure reconciliation of customer payment accounts.
    * Ensure production of financial reports and analysis on a regular basis.
    * Monthly Sales Reporting to the management team.
    * Handling the accounting system, monitoring expenditures, account reconciliation with the vendors, banks and preparing financial statements.
    * Monthly Expense Closing at the company level-analyses of provisions& actual.
    * Department wise expense tracking& Comparison of Actual with Budget & providing reasons for the Variances.
    * Budgeting for non-sales department.

    * Msc,Bsc,HND,OND from any recognised higher institutions of learning
    * A ready to learn attitude, must be smart and goal oriented. Must be a team player
