Job Summary:

The analyst analyses the details of employee expenses on various products and services and ensures that the company does not pay more than what is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* The analyst has to take inventory of the various products and services usage scenario in a company.

* He or she will have to calculate usage of the these products and services and will have to prepare accounts related to the different products and services.

* He or she will have to oversee the generation of bills that correspond exactly to usage.

* He or she will have to analyze, audit and review the expense situations and to reduce the expenses, thus will have to recommend modifications.

* He or she will have to learn the software applications which is required and then will have to use them to accurately predict expense

* He or she will have to ensure that all details about various expenses are documented perfectly in a transparent manner.

* He or she will have to draw conclusions about usage patterns and after that he or she will have to formulate a model that helps in curbing costs for the company.

Skills and Specifications

Candidate should have a thorough and deep knowledge about accounting and finance management.

* Candidate should have skills of excellent communication, observation and analysis.

* Candidate should have a creative mind so that he or she will able to study expense details of the Company and formulate expense reduction models

Education and Qualification

* Basic degree: A bachelor’s degree in finance and administration is required for the job

* Candidate having some past experience of working in Administrative and Office Support sector will help in employment prospects.
