DQC /FM/RFM 001- Facility Manager

Our client in Kano state needs the services of a Contract/Facility Manager who will be directly in charge of the overall day to day management of the facility through implementation of policies, procedures and programs required by the client and industry regulations.

The ultimate goal is to assure a well managed and maintained property with an emphasis on proactive maintenance and a positive and timely response to the concerns and needs of the clients occupying the property. 

Candidate is required to possess a bachelor’s degree in Building Sciences, Engineering or Real Estate Management with 7 years relevant experience three(3) of which must have been at senior management level in Facilities Management or Real Estate. An experience working in a commercial facility/multi-tenanted retail centre would be an added advantage

The candidate is required to possess excellent Planning and organization skills, project management, strong client relationship management skills, budgeting and reporting, strong oral and written communication skills, HSE management and good working knowledge of Microsoft tools
