Job Description

A reputable Real Estate/Facility Management company situated on the Lagos Island with a firm commitment to excellent service delivery requires knowledgeable, highly skilled, well qualified and experienced personnel to fill the under listed position 


  • Lead, direct and supervise all technical and non-technical maintenance operations satisfactorily
  • Respond appropriate to facility malfunctions and emergencies
  • Establishing and maintaining official business relationship with our Clients (Property owners/residents) from different racial background and attending to their queries and complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain facilities effectively including water, power and sewage plant, swimming pools, lifts, as well as electrical, plumbing, cooling and mechanical systems
  • Ensure structures and facilities are up and running in line with stipulated HSE standards and government regulations
  • Generate accurate reports, track queries and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution within set timelines


Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Estate Management
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in facility management or similar environment
  • Excellent customer service, good communication and managerial skills, knowledge of relevant  application
  • Ability to work under pressure without compromise to quality and timeliness
