Project planning and management of office building, refurbishments.Sourcing contractors for maintenance, refurbishments and ensuring work is completed to standard and within the budget. All hard and soft services including cleaning contracts, security and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance.Building fabric maintenance, fixtures and fittings repair. Mechanical services repair and renewal management Business continuity planning, statutory requirement testing, Health & safety management. Calculating and compiling costs for required goods and services.
Minimum of Degree in a relevant field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be computer literate
