Job Description

MayorBEE-Global Ventures is a young firm in Lagos with a vision to be a strong solution provider in NIGERIA. To achieve this vision, we need young driven individuals with integrity, passion, and focus

-Schedule Meetings, Attend meetings, forums, workshops, seminars.

-Gather and generate technical data to prepare report.

-Complete and execute individual account development plans for top customers.

-Contact current and potential customers, visit companies to evaluate needs, and promote sale of services, new and existing company services concentrating on growth and profitability.

-Meet assigned sales targets through the development and implementation of sales and 

marketing strategies, sales programs, promotions, efforts and events including goal setting. 

-Prepare written reports of sales activities and timely briefings to the Management.

-Take stock of materials by suppliers and orders fresh supplies as needed.

-Clearly mapping stakeholders and understanding their needs.

-Creates awareness for company’s services via Social Media i.e. Facebook, email adverts, Twitter.


-Succesfully negotiates and manage best bargains with customers.

-Achieve the set revenue, yield and volume targets by zone.

-Complete, submit and agreed weekly call plan of sales activity.

-Gather and generate technical data to prepare report.

- Petty Cash Management.



Make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients’ future needs

Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

Research and build relationships with new clients

Participate in pricing the solution/service

Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Proposal writing and submissions

Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives


Carry out administrative work generated by the above activities


Qualifications and Requirements:

OND in Business Administration/Marketing added advantage

Social network, computer literacy and Ms office proficiency.

Entry level or at least 1-2 year of working experience


 Reside around Ogba, Ikeja, Agege, Iju-Ishaga, Agbado etc

An idea of good customer service, meeting sales goals, closing skills, prospecting skills, negotiation, self- confidence, product knowledge, presentation skills, client relationships, motivation for sales.

Age: 24 and above

Must be a female
