Responsible for creating and maintaining and efficient filing system
File records away in alphabetical or numerical order, or by subject matter.
Manage all database and records and create new entries as needed
Keep track of all materials in the files and ensure no material in the files are lost.
Must be a graduate with minimum of BSc
Must have 2-3 years professional experience as a filing officer or in a similar job position i.e Office assistance, Admin officer, Secretary.
Must have good references including previous place of employment.
Must be between 25years of age and above
Must be able to communicated well and execute given instructions accurately.
