Job Description

The finance and operations manager will be directly responsible for the following:

Generate monthly financial reports and prepare the quarterly financial packet for review. Coordination and facilitation of all meetings. Regular weekly meetings as well as monthly and quarterly meetings are required for various areas of the business. Assist managing director with the management of all projects related to new production development and forward growth path of the company. Generate regular required reporting on user activity, data usage, phone call statistics, production analysis, or other reporting as identified to support the needs of the business. Assist with coordinating the Board of Directors meeting (offsite or video). Assist with processes related to securing loans, financing, or acquisitions. Process document management for all tasks under the direct or indirect charge of the position Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan including stress testing and server redundancy for proprietary database. Shadow, review and streamline processes as needed all departments of the company. Salary, time away, administration and review of direct reports. The position will also oversee the following people/processes: HR processes, including managing Payroll Coordinator. Insurance Licensing (managed by vendor) to ensure correct licensing is maintained in all required states. Facilities Manager and staff including alarm, phone, computer hardware/software, copiers, tenant improvements Vendor, carrier and broker relationships including contract review and completion, as well as compliance and other requirements. Accounting Manager and staff responsible for the daily transactions related to policy invoicing, customer and commission receivables, company and vendor payables, expense reimbursements, surplus lines tax and stamp fee filing and payment, specialty reporting to company partners, and other financial related tasks. This includes ensuring process compliance


Minimum of Bacehors degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance

Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
