Franchise consultant professionals are basically the one who provide advice to the investors, entrepreneurs and companies. He or she has the duty to help them in the suitable franchiser to invest. He or she is a specialized category which has become popular due to the awareness and profitability of franchising. Franchise consultants also act as agents between themselves and potential franchisees.
Duties and Responsibilities
*The Franchise Consultant acts as a link between the franchise community and the companies for the consultancy.
*The primary responsibility is to provide the necessary support to the franchisees that will assist them to manage their stores better and post profits.
*He or she has to be ensuring that the franchisees are in operational compliance with the agreement.
*It will be the responsibility to conduct the regular store visits to evaluate the performance and for making suggestions as well.
*He or she has to make sure that the operations are followed according to the rules by monitoring the store’s profitability.
*He or she has to monitor the financial compliance of franchisees and suggest the solutions to the problems.
*He or she has to utilize the opportunities by identifying that.
*He or she needs to help the franchisees in training store employees and also follow up on the developments.
*It will be the responsibility to investigate the store’s local area marketing measures.
*He or she has to prepare the records of all types of correspondence with franchisees.
*He or she needs to do the set up the basics which is also part of the job, like establishing vendor relations, training etc…

*The person needs to be excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal and written.
*The consultant needs to have knowledge of franchise rules and regulations properly and perfectly.
*The person needs to be very organized and analytical to do the job.
*He or she should be able to do the hard work and ready to travel a lot according to the requirement.
Education and Qualifications
