Job Description

  • Maintain an inventory of room vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Answer enquiries regarding hotel services and registration by letter, by telephone and in person, provide information about services available and respond to guests' complaints
  • Check in and check out guests
  • Compile and check daily record sheets, guest accounts, receipts and vouchers using computerized or manual systems
  • Serve customers’ meals and drinks


  • Must possess a minimum of OND in any discipline
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be fluent in English language
  • Age between 22 -30
  • Must be resident in Ibadan
