Job Description

Responsibilities:

Receive and direct visitors.
Oversee the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails.
Undertake all required scheduling.
Perform proper documentation of all registered index.
Qualifications:

Minimum of OND in Business Administration or any related course from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on administrative support experience (entry levels can also apply).
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
Strong problem solving skills.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
