Job Description

  • Manage reception work in our client service centre .
  • Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
  • Indicate customers for every information of phone maintenance.
  • Maintain logbook by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitors badge.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy.
  • Follow the orders from superior in the work.
