Job Description

DQC/CSO/001

Don Quester Consulting requires the services of a qualified female customer service officer. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage good relationship with the customers and visitors
Receives mails, dispatch mails, and keep records of all incoming correspondence
Handling general enquires and customers’ complaints and address them if possible
Direct customer and visitors appropriately and not shabbily
Data management activities
Answer internal phone calls and act on information accordingly
Personality

Good grooming and dress sense
Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Ability to learn and apply to real life situations
A self starter, persistent, proactive and an initiator, 
Willing to learn and trainable
Display good team spirit and result oriented attitude 

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of a B.Sc
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate.
No experience required
Age : not more than 25 as at 31st December 2013.
