Job Description

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for answering the telephone, transferring calls, taking accurate messages, greeting customers, cashiering, giving tours of the spa facility and scheduling appointments. Their duties also include notifying staff members of any customer cancellations or the arrival of any unscheduled visitors. When necessary they will perform light administrative and clerical duties, such as opening and distributing mail, filing, data entry and the preparation of letters and documents.


     Meet and greet customers, P[roviding a positive and friendly check-in customers as they arrive for their scheduled appointments schedule new appointments and answer all calls that come into the spa. Provide daily maintenance of the spa's lobby or reception area.      Caring for office furniture, plants Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.  Process mails and deliveries Any other duties as may be assigned by management


·         A degree in English, humanities or any related discipline with not below second class lower grade.  ·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.·          Excellent time management and organizational skills.· Computer literacy.·         Must be enthusiastic, personable, and presentable·       Warm personality·         Must be able to multi-task.·         Ability to work well under stressful conditions
