Job Description

Manage reception work in our client service centre .
Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
Indicate customers for every information of phone maintenance.
Maintain logbook by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitors badge.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Follow the orders from superior in the work.
