The Front Desk Officer is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including receiving guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail, and scheduling meeting sand travel for executives.
Role and Responsibility
The front desk officer will be required to carry out the following roles and responsibilities:
Receive, direct, re-direct and relay telephone/fax messages and take messages when required.
Receive and process all mails incoming and outgoing.
Assist in the planning and preparation of virtual meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Make preparations for Executive committee meetings & other meetings.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
Receive and assist office visitors.
Assist and provide administrative support the Head of Admin and other staffs as may be requested.
Deliver excellent customer experience at all times.
POSSES good organizational and office admin office skills
Minimum of HND/BSC
must be computer literate
