The Front Office Staff is under the general supervision of the Front Office Supervisor and/or Manager, the Front Office Staff is responsible for guest registration, guest check – out, cashiering and foreign exchange.
The position is also responsible for facilitating or providing assistance in case of guest queries and requests.
Proficient in oral and written English, articulate
Has at least 6 months training and/or work experience in a similar capacity in an international class hotel
Knowledge in Opera system is an advantage
Has effective interpersonal skills, flexible, sensitive to guest needs, customer-oriented
Confident, pleasant, has high attention to details, willing to work on different shifts
Preferably has knowledge on Integrated Management System (ISO 14001:2004-Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001:2007 - Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 22000:2005 - Food Safety Management System)
