Job Description

As an ITRA Consultant, you'll technically contribute to ITRA client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships. You'll also identify and escalate potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young on existing engagements and escalate as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks, and raise any issues as appropriate. In line with our commitment to quality, you'll determine that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop. 


People responsibilities

  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff
  • Manage, coach and support associate team members on your assignments
  • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting and retaining ITRA professionals
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

  • Client Responsibilities
  • Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
  • Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services
  • Requirements

    Technical skills requirements 

    Candidates with Identify and Access Management experience and also have a demand for Data Privacy skillset. 

    You'll have knowledge and experience of a number of the following areas: 

    Information Security

  • Security strategy
  • Security architecture design and implementation
  • Security assessments, including penetration testing
  • BCP/DR assessment, design, implementation and testing
  • Identity access management
  • Privacy

  • Additional requirements
  • Track record with a blue chip consulting firm and/or a blue chip firm
  • Strong academic record including a degree
