The primary objective of the role is to design, develop and execute innovative sales & marketing strategies to enhance sales performance through driving sales volumes, developing new retail channels, growing market share and price leadership in all its target market segments in Nigeria. The thrust will also be on driving development of export markets in West Africa sub region through creative execution of export marketing strategies
A first degree in any discipline with a Master in Business Management or Marketing.
15-20 years relevant work experience at least 8-10 of which should have been at senior management level in FCMG environment.
Proven track record of performance in a large reputed company.
Good working knowledge of West Africa Sub region.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
Membership of Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria.
