Job Description

Our client one of the leaders within the Retail and Wholesale industry, with a reputation for excellent service delivery are looking to recruit a General Manager who is an achiever and solution orientated – never stands still always looking for improvement to support the leadership of their company located in Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing the day to day running of the business
  • Delivering a high standard of service, leading by example
  • Ensure all Visual Merchandising and Layout guidelines are adhered to and influences/ adapts to market requirements
  • Preparing sales development plans and identifying innovative ideas for growth
  • Ensure new staffs are properly trained to reach targets and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of BSc/HND with 3-5 years work experience preferably Retail Sales
