Job Description

-Direct the resources and activities of the organisation to support the HSE program

-Continually maintain an appropriate level of awarenss ,knowledge and preparedness across the organisation to create a culture that prioritizes HSE and balances overall associated cost

-Participate/attend industry related conferences when requested to do so.


-Provide appropriate safety and health,accident prevention and investigation training  for manager and supervisors

-Provide promotional materials and develop and administers recognition system to promote safe and healthful work performance

-Assist manament and supervisors in investigating accidents and developing measures to prevent reoccurences


-A minimum of OND in any discipline

-Must be teachable and willing to learn

-Must be willing to face a crowd and work in a team

-Must be ready to travel when called upon
