Job Description: The programme is designed to equip talented and fresh graduates with requisite skills (professional and soft) necessary to assume leadership roles. Throughout the program, Graduate trainees will experience a wide variety of learning interventions, including but not limited to: presentations,market visits, functional as well as interpersonal and management skills training, discussions with senior management, and other. After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a systematic training programme involving formal training. At the end of the training programme, successful candidates will be considered for vacant positions in the company.


  • Take responsibility for and commit to continuous self-development throughout the training duration, on the program in order to achieve a high level of competence as outline by the program specifications.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures of the company.
  • Participate as an active member of the graduate trainee team.
  • Complete additional work assignments as requested.
  • Improve business understanding knowledge of the financial sector and associated job roles



  • Prospective candidates must possess a minimum of OND, HNDand Bsc
  • Minimum of 5 credits in SSCE or GCE ‘O’ level, which must include English Language and Mathematics.
  • Acting with Integrity, Strong Analytical and Numerical Skills and Thinking Systematically.
