Job Description

1. Responsible to prepare both regional and local financial reports such as but not limited to the following : 

- Monthly expenses variance and booking analysis to prepare Consolidated Management Report (CMR) ; 
- Monthly preparation of International Balance Sheet Substantiation report (analysis and validation of material month to month movement of GL balances); 
- Timely submission of APAC weekly reports such as : move metrics, utility consumption report, and contract listing; 
- Monthly preparation of local finance reports and PEZA (regulatory requirements) reports such as: FTE and contractors / out-source list, PEZA utilities consumption, PEZA importation permits & documentation, and other PEZA reporting requirements; 

2. Responsible to establish, implement, and provide monthly financial monitoring and control, such as but not limited to the following : 

- Strict implementation of financial transactions check and balance to ensure compliance to all applicable firm financial policies and guidelines; 
- Provide operational support to both location manager and facility officers related to savings validation, budget monitoring & preparation, expenses management, accrual preparation & monitoring , and financial forecasting activities; 
- Provide invoice processing monitoring, payables review, and maintain a financial payables monitoring report to ensure timely processing of invoices and avoid and interest & penalties due to late payment processing ; 
- Provide SSI validation and review (i.e., transaction approval sufficiency, documentation completeness, approvals correctness of GL accounts, SCAs, BU, LE, withholding tax, and tax code used) ; 
- Regularly review service contracts and lease agreements to ensure timely renewal and contract compliance; 

3. Responsible in occupancy review, monitoring, and reporting , such as but not limited to the following : 

- Monthly review and report preparation of occupancy and vacancy monitoring; 
- Monthly review and report preparation of each LOB cost and space allocation; 
- Quarterly updating and LOB sign-off of cost and space allocation; 

4. Other Financial analysis 

- Analyze on business operations including expenditure trends and financial commitments; 
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems. 
- Manages risk through the self assessment of financial processes.
