Job Description

The Guest Services Executive is the main point of contact at the Front Desk, for the guests upon their arrival until their departure and handle all enquiries throughout their stay in a friendly and effective manner, always striving to exceed expectations and keeping in mind the ‘Stay Different’ attitude


  1. To provide a warm welcome to any guests approaching the Front Desk
  2. To register guests wishing to stay at the Hotel
  3. To check-out guests wishing to depart from the hotel 
  4. To carry out cashiering and foreign currency duties for in house guests and non residents, in accordance with the credit policies of the hotel.
  5. To assist and guide guests and colleagues with their requirements and needs
  6. To ensure that the Front Desk is well manned and stationary prepared 



In order to be considered for this role you will have at least one year of working experience in a similar role in a luxury five star hotel environment.

You will have excellent written and spoken English. Your experience in handling guests requests, and exceeding their expectations would be regarded as essessntial.

Your working knowledge of OPERA system would be an advantage.
