Job Description

  • Timely execution of agreed management action points
  • Prompt attendance of all meetings: mgt. meetings, departmental meetings, staff meeting etc
  • Conclusion of JD, work plans and performance appraisal for subordinates and submit report to HR within mgt. stipulated time
  • ISP Continuous Assessment Test
  • Conduct departmental weekly meetings
  • Closure of audit non- conformity within stipulated time
  • Compliance with the ISP policies (clear desk policy, screen lock out etc)
  • Achieving card production target for the year.
  • Supervise other members of the team.
  • Report to the Head of unit daily.
  • Ensure that quotations and proposals are properly done.
  • Up to date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Develop proposals.
  • Project support and coordination.
  • Managing all matters relating to specific banks, and escalating where necessary.
  •  Ensuring that banks SLA’s are signed and returned to the company.
  • Achieving card production target for the year.
  • Report to the Head of unit daily.
  • Project support and coordination.
  • Managing and resolving all matters relating to clients.
  • Card production: Responsible for generating relationships and negotiating new revenue
  • Identification of potential market segments Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
  • Monitor market Intelligence within the Industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc
  • Maintaining the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed business process and that the required documentation is completed by the team for all new business opportunities.
  • Continually refine the business development of all Business Development personnel’s through excellent leadership and performance management
  • Generating new business leads within the financial and non financial sector: education, public and finance etc and bringing in business.
  • Ensure that customer care is utmost in daily activities by calling, emailing visiting and following up on leads and clients.
  • Managing all matters relating to specific banks, and escalating where necessary.
  • Ensuring that banks SLA’s are signed and returned to the company.
  • Specifically responsible for managing the relationship between Electronic payplus and the banks below
  • Achieving the card production target for the year.
  • Report to the Head of Department.
  • Proposal and Quote Generation.
  • Ensure that customer care is utmost in daily activities by calling, emailing and visiting and following up on leads and clients.
  • Extensive sales and marketing skills to generating new business leads within the government institutions and tertiary institutions and bringing in business.
  • Develop proposals on Biometric identity cards, access cards, resident cards, tax cards etc to prospective clients.
  • Would be expected to negotiate with clients to a certain extent, and escalate to HOD for guidance.
  • Liaising with the finance department to generate appropriate quotes.
  • In depth knowledge of the company’s goods and services.
