Job Description


The Head of Business Development has responsibility to drive ; implement the Business sales strategy; lead and motivate the Business Development team.

Management of the bidding and internal approval procedures to ensure commercially sound, competitive and profitable financial deals. To proactively seek and identify sales to ensure we maximize all opportunities for new business growth. To confidently and competently manage the steps Sales Process.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Develop and agree client relationship programs.

Developing business in new markets and growing existing market share.

Identify and gather intelligence on key opportunities for rolling three year plan.

To research and gather market intelligence on opportunities, trends and competitors.

To develop and deliver the brand at appointments, and presentations.

Effective management of Business Development Manager.

Ensure the team update and maintain client and prospect database.

Reporting on individual team performance against budget.

Requirements

Desirable:
Operations experience.
