This position will head the Contributor Management Team within Learning Solutions, Executive Education. The post holder is responsible for the development and delivery of a world-class, customer-focused contributor management team that recruits, inducts, develops and engages with programme directors, coaches, guest speakers and tutors, and is a primary liaison to faculty regarding executive education programmes.
This includes quality control and recommending contributors to the programme teams; the development of a pipeline of future talent and a strategic allocation methodology to deliver on Executive Education programmes that assures London Business School’s place as a top 10 global business school.
A strong academic track record, with substantial experience working within programme design and portfolio management and budgeting, ideally having this within Executive Education.
Significant experience of leading and managing teams and also be able to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A background in management and leadership development, human resources, or talent management would be very helpful, as well as programme design and interactive facilitation skills. With an appreciation of business (ideally as a practitioner) and excellent project management skills, you will understand the role and tasks of high potential, middle and senior managers.
