Reporting to the Executive Director – HR & Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accountability of group HR function with specific focus on aligning HR with business strategy, developing portfolio strategy, setting operational direction, reviewing and evaluating operational mechanisms.
Control manpower cost at group level.
Participate in management discussion on business strategy and align the HR function with business strategy
Initiate and monitor company sponsored compensation market surveys, participate in sponsored market survey observations for management.
Manage strategic HR processes including Manpower Planning, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Recruitment, Leadership & Development, Performance management, Career Planning, Succession Planning etc.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline( preferably in Social Science)
MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in HR&IR froma reputed institute/university.
A minimum 15 years experience with atleast 7 years in management level.
Experience leading the HR function of a large FCMG/manufacturing organisation with proven leadership track record.
Good Knowledge of ERP applications e.g SAP and Oracle.
