Job Description

  • Forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities by recognizing consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses;
  • To achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards, industry and economic trends.
  • To establish a system of reports and communications for all information from the marketing team to the sales team and for feedback and request from the sales team to the marketing team.
  • To Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging and coordinating new product development.
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • To accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, evaluating, advertising, trade promotion programs and developing field sales action plans.
  • Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
  • To establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • To sustain rapport with key customers by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
  • To achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;
  • Preparing and completing action plans; aiding productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolving problems among marketing and sales team.
  • To organize and direct marketing and strategy meetings on a regular basis whereby the strategy and promotion programmes are reviewed.



  • HND/BSc in Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree will also be an added advantage.
  • Must possess relevant professional qualifications/affiliations.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales Force Automation IS A MUST.
  • At least 7-10 years Marketing and Sales experience with 7years in a managerial position
