Job Description

  • Develop and execute the strategy for the Carrier Network and Public Safety divisions in Nigeria and neighboring W. Africa countries.
  • Develop and manage a Key Account Management function for the Group Account
  • Manage Opportunity Review Board and Profit Protection Board across the appropriate region
  • Maintain and develop customer relationships across the region
  • Find and develop new business opportunities
  • Manage the carrier business pipeline and opportunity plan
  • Facilitating commercial contracts with the assistance of Legal and Finance
  • Develop consultative/solution sales philosophy within the Carrier Network and Public Safety business to increase our winning ratio
  • Develop a local services model to add value to our technologies within the respective markets.
  • Working in collaboration with its branches in Europe and Japan
  • Maintains a high level of industry, product and service knowledge to transfer this knowledge to customers and prospects. Utilizes advance product/service knowledge and understanding of the customer’s business to develop customized proposals that present/create solutions
  • Manage all opportunities and proposals
  • Help to create the business plan and the economic offer
  • Operates in line with any statutory obligations and its business processes and procedures
  • Delivers and co-ordinates customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Identifies and attends appropriate events related to its business - Network activities, lobbying
  • Negotiating major contracts with customers
  • Acquisition of new prospects and new business segments
  • Coordination between customers and its departments to meet customer requirements
  • Ability to build up and maintain networks
  • Plans the objectives to be achieved, approves the budget and controls its realization.
  • Coordinates the two divisions of the Company (Marketing & Sales and Presales).
  • Controls the accomplishment of Compliance and Governance rules.
  • A good understanding and ability to communicate in French would be an advantage.
