You will be accountable for operations support in partnership with the Operations Manager and in efficient and timely execution of visual directives from the brand principal.
You will lead the team of VMs ensuring that all brand concepts are represented as directed. You have to ensure the proper and timely processing and placement of merchandise across the region.
You have to lead by example on all customer service standards and ensure that your team are developed to their full capacity.
You have at least 8 - 10 years experience in visual merchandising with an up-to-date knowledge in the latest visual standards. Likewise, you should be able to lead and motivate your team, implement the policies and procedures and support the operations team in maximizing sales through visual impact.
You must be creative with aptitude for time management and can communicate effectively with people at all levels inside and outside the organization.
