The head education and training is primarily responsible for developing and continuously upgrading relevant standard, Curriculum,Training and Assessment Guides for persons seeking to become chartered members. He/She will handle all matters relating to education, training, assesing and examiniing student members as well as also managing the framework and processes for institute's continuous professional Development program.
Other primary responsiblities will include the following:
Building and implementing a world class e-learning and examimation framework for the institute.
Significantly increasing the number and variety of education program run by the institute.
Implementing novel strategies to significantly increase the number of individuals undertaking the institute's educational programs.
Maintaining strategic relationships with relevant local and international educational institutions.
Tracking developments in the global securities industry and ensuring members are educated on new trends and insights.
Identifying opportunities to commercialize the institute's training capabilities
