The Health Systems Coordinator Position will be single point accountable for health system implementation (MEDGATE, Remedy OES, Wellness checkpoint) across MER and will support business OH and IH advisor on the delivery of different health programs.
•Implement and manage Remedy office Ergonomic Solution (OES) across the region.
•Provide awareness, training and support on Remedy OES.
•Review the reports generated by Remedy and develop action plans to ratify deficiencies
•At a regional Level Maintain all Health Systems databases e.g. Substance Abuse, Global Health and Hygiene System (MEDGATE), Eyesight testing, First Aid’s, Occupational Health Injury and Illness Reporting System.
•Coordinate with HR in the implementation of Wellness Checkpoint. Support wellness initiatives across the region. Review the various reports generated by Wellness Check Point and develop wellness program accordingly
•Support business OH and IH Advisor in implementation on Occupational Health Policies and Management programs e.g. Fitness for Task, Substance Abuse, First Aid and Medical Case Management.
•Arrangement of screening process for expat employees and family members, Maintain Database, Liaise with medical provider to make sure that all certificates are issued, Support HR International Mobility Team in medical certification process.
•Facilitate, arrange and monitor medical assessments by liaising with Medical Service provision contractor and employees
•Facilitate, arrange and monitor BP New Hire Pre- employments medical assessments and by liaising with Medical Providers and report on theirs status
•Coordinate, facilitate, arrange and monitor BP New Hire Pre-employments medical assessments by liaising with Medical Providers. Prepare the status report on a quarterly basis
•Maintain Health Systems databases
•Administrate and coordinate Random Drug and Alcohol testing process
•Maintain Drug and alcohol test database and generate monthly statistic
•Administrate Fitness for Task database e.g. ensure that fitness status of our employees is updated, medical certificates are in place etc
•Facilitate, arrange and monitor Return to Work Assessment for employees as required.
•Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
•Maintain records management database systems.Check databases and send notifications to those who are due for annual fitness test.
•Coordinate with HR in sickness absence policy and develop sickness absence management system. Manages AED monitoring and maintenance program
•Ensures calibration and maintenance of health and hygiene equipment as per manufacturers’, regulatory and BP requirements
•Manages inventory and ordering of first aid supplies
Hands on experience of working on any type of computer systems / strong computer skills
Be willing to learn new skills related to this position.
