- Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and “in-office” requests.
- Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound
- Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
- Occasionally support recruitment projects.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
- Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
- Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.
