Job Description


  • Provide general support to callers that is internal and external, on a variety of issues by responding to telephone calls, emails, and “in-office” requests. 
  • Transfer calls to relevant parties whether inbound or outbound
  • Log all requests and escalate to relevant departments as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation
  • Occasionally support recruitment projects.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
  • Courier maintenance that is for incoming and outgoing packages.
  • Additional responsibilities assigned as necessary.
