Hotel receptionist make guests feel welcome, manage room bookings (also known as reservations) and deal with request that guest makes during their stay.
Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face to face.
Completing procedures when guest arrives and leave choosing rooms and handing out keys.
Preparing bills and taking payments and passing on messages to guests.
All interested applicants must have at least a minimum of OND, with good communication skills. Other qualifications will be an added advantage.
