Job Description

The Human Resources (“HR”) Manager has overall responsibility for the HR function as it relates to all team members, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, development, implementation and administration of company's human resources programs and employment policies, personnel record-keeping, workers compensation and team member safety issues, training and workforce development, and compliance with HR laws and regulations. The HR Manager performs advanced professional work advising the team leaders and team members on the application of employment, benefits and workers compensation laws and regulations and company's employment policies in the contexts of hiring, discipline, employment termination, training, compensation, benefits, leave, equal opportunity and other human resources issues. The HR Manager must be open and available to discuss human resources matters with the entire workforce. 



  • Formulate and implement HR policies and strategies in line with the corporate initiatives
  • Provide full range of professional HR services such as recruitment & selection, payroll & taxation administration, remuneration & benefits review, performance management etc
  • Control and monitor all office administration functions such as facilities procurement, vendors’ management, central filing system, company events etc
  • Set up budget and cost control on all administrative aspects to fulfill the business needs
  • Prepare company memorandum and independent correspondence
  • Compile various kinds of reports such as headcount and office expenditure reports


  • University graduate in Human Resources/Business Administration or related discipline
  • 10 years experience in handling full spectrum of human resources & administration duties
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a managerial role with multi-cultural environment is required
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and conversational French
  • Well-versed in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint  
  • Strong management and presentation skills with good problem solving technique
  • Well-organized, result-oriented, extremely proactive and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred
