Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations, as well as policies and procedures of company.
Responsible for insuring all requirements of the office are in full compliance.
Reviews vendor invoices for Accounts Payable and submits to Franchisee.
Performs human resources functions.
Supervises collection and distribution of mail.
Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.
Verifies client insurance.
Assists with formatting CV for submission to clients.
Assists with Payroll functions.
Responsible for taking action when issues and problems are identified.
Responsible for recruitment and interviewing of Company staff Training and motivation of staff.
Completes other assignments as requested/ assigned.
Minimum of ND, smart and reliable, honest and trustworthy.
