Job Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR and Payroll function through providing generalist admistrative assistance. To name a few, tasks include:

  • The maintenance and improvement of compliant and efficient personnel records and systems
  • Providing assistance toward the completion of an ongoing organisational change project
  • Prepararation of basic HR documentation
  • Conducting research as requested by team
  • Completion of generalist projects
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding
  • Assisting with HR event organisation and management


As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Preferrably hold a qualification in HR or related field - This could be a great role for a recent graduate
  • Preferrably have some previous HR working experience
  • Have excellent communication skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have sound problem solving skills
  • Have at least intermediate level knowledge of basic microsoft office suite
  • Be able to actively and energetically contribute as a member of a high performing team
