• Conducting calibration with the Hiring Managers for better understanding of the requisition details
• Determining the correct channels for candidate sourcing and drawing out good profiles from the candidate pool in the recruitment tool
• Handle applicant coordination and interview schedule with Hiring Managers and/ or business partners
• Manage screening and interviewing of candidates based on knock-out criteria and endorsed suitable candidates to Hiring Manager and/or HR Business Partner.
• Conduct Phone Screening and Interview to validate applicant details and qualifications against knock out criteria.
• Coordinate with recruitment partners (agencies/headhunters) to tap qualified candidates as applicable.
• Ensure process compliance and adherence to global standards of recruitment as part of key performance indicators
• Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or any Psychology related course
• With at least one year of work experience in a corporate set up
• Preferred to have exposure in a Business Process Outsourcing or Service Center setting
• With Good English and Mandarin Communication Skills
