Provide proactive human resources support around recruitment, training, performance and management, reward etc to meet the business needs and enable the delivery of its strategic objectives.
Propose, develop and implement sound human resource policies, practices and procedures in line with the business overall direction and leading practices.
Work with the senior management team to own the process of putting in place sound performance management and reward practices ensuring objectivity, equity, transparency and merit.
Serve as a key change agent supporting the business to communicate and navigate change as applicable.
Serve as a key ambassador of the business value and culture, putting in place programs for employee communication and engagement.
