You'll be a champion of Google's culture and values, partnering with our business leaders to help them build their organizations and make sure all people decisions are based on data. Whether coaching clients on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Googlers, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Googlers understand how people decisions get made.



  • Design, develop and roll out the implementation of Human Resources programs, initiatives and policies across the UK business
  • Drive collaboration across Human Resources groups, management and employee populations to roll-out programs and to understand business requirements and needs
  • Provide direction, knowledge and support to staff and other team members and often manage others. Assess existing Human Resources programs and practices to identify opportunities for improvement with senior program managers, analysts and other Human Resources Business Partners
  • Drive the delivery of large human resource initiatives or projects in the areas of compensation, employee surveys, performance management, talent management, recognition, training, and other areas
  • Collaborates on people initiatives with other People operations groups - Compensation, Benefits, Staffing, Learning and Development
  • Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications

  • MA/MS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in human resources design, implementation and maintenance
  • Advanced people and project management experience
  • Strong understanding of all areas in human resources
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and serve the needs of internal customers and balance with the needs of the company
  • Lead, plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner; multi-task on varying projects and initiatives; excellent planning, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
