- As a strategic partner, you will align business objectives with employees and management in designated Business Units.
- You will serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issue and change agent.
- You will provide services that delivers HR best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in conjunction with specialist HR functions.
- Human Resources or business related degree.
- HR Management/Partner/Specialist experience in a large organization.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the management of HR functions and a minimum of 8 years experience in HR.
- Relevant advanced degree and professional membership will be an advantage.
- Substantial HR experience (operational and strategic) in a Unionised environment.
