Job Description

► Lead and manage the Dubai Talent team (6 people) 
► Establish effective relationships with Dubai office partners and other stakeholders 
►Work effectively with other CBS functions 
► Drive and lead on various HR projects (including PMDP, GPS, mobility, graduate recruitment 
► Proactively identify process improvement opportunities 
► Proactively seek to improve processes and execute project plans for process enhancement 
► Balance both project and regular operational work 
► Act as an HR Advisor to the business 
► Manage compliance of HR processes 
► Form key relationships with other HR leaders in MENA offices and GSS 


► A strong understanding employment and contract law 
► Good understanding of HR systems 
► Strong generalist HR experience and skills 
► Demonstration of strong leadership qualities 
► Flexibility to adjust to variety of demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change 
► Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 
► Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives to support and influence 
cross cultural teams 
► Strong oral and written English language skills are required.
