Maintains and enhances the organizations human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
•Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
•Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.
•Perform different staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures.
•Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
•Represent organization at personnel related hearings and investigation at DAFZA
•Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organizations personnel policies and practices.
•Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
•Monitoring and Approving Payroll
•Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional and organizational needs of the employees.
•Human resources data management.
•Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
•Candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management
•Minimum 12-15 years’ experience with at least one–two years of relevant experience in UAE in Managerial Role
•Must have good command of English
•Able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills.
