Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities of staff.
Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organize and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and Council on human resource and work related issues.
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
-At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Male/Female; 20 - 29 years old.
-Preferably with experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Willing to work in Pasig City
